Shipping Information – India:

  1. Free Shipping:
    • All orders delivered within India enjoy complimentary shipping.
  2. Delivery Partners:
    • Our trusted delivery partners include Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpress Bees, Ecom Express, and others.
  3. Shipping Time:
    • Standard shipping is utilized for all orders, typically delivering within 3-4 weeks (excluding order processing time). Faster delivery is often experienced in metro locations.
  4. COD Option:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in select Indian locations. Check its availability during checkout, with a COD charge of INR 300 for all COD orders.
  5. Customized Orders:
    • In case of customization, please allow an additional 10-15 days for your order to be shipped.
Important Shipping Information:
  • Dispatch Efforts: We aim to dispatch all orders within the specified shipping time on the product page. Mesmerra does not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or national holidays.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are indicative and commence from the dispatch date. Although we strive for quick processing, we are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances.
  • Redirecting Orders: Once dispatched, orders cannot be redirected to a different address.
  • Signature and ID Confirmation: All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt.
  • Multiple Shipping Addresses: Each order can only be shipped to a single destination address. For different addresses, multiple orders need to be placed.
  • Order Processing: While we endeavor to ship each item within 3 weeks of order placement (inclusive of processing time), some cases may require additional time for production or procurement.
  • Partial Shipments: While we strive to ship all items together, product characteristics or availability may necessitate separate shipments.
  • Insurance: All shipments are fully insured, requiring a signature and proof of ID from the recipient.
