10. Profile Deletion
Our Platform enables you to request to permanently erase your Mesmerra account. Once requested to delete, all associated information like past orders, past/current Try at Home bookings, wishlists, saved addresses, will no longer be accessible to you. In the event that your account has any open orders, payments, grievances, shipments, or instalment plans, then we may refuse or delay the deletion of your account.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
