Cancellation by Mesmerra:

We want to be transparent about our ability to cancel orders, a decision prompted by specific circumstances. These may encompass, but are not restricted to, the following factors:

  1. Inventory Constraints:
    • In cases where there is insufficient availability of the product in our inventory.
  2. Pricing or Product Information Errors:
    • Instances where errors in pricing or product information are identified.
  3. Quality Rejection During Inspection:
    • If a product does not meet our rigorous quality standards during the inspection process.
  4. Insufficient Customer Information or Unsuccessful Verification:
    • When customer details are inadequate or verification procedures are unsuccessful.
  5. Suspicious Orders or Fraudulent Activities:
    • Orders that appear suspicious or are indicative of fraudulent activities.
  6. Natural Calamities or Unforeseen Circumstances:
    • Situations beyond our control, such as natural calamities or unforeseen events.

Ready to Ship Order:

For ready-to-ship orders, customers can cancel their purchase before it’s dispatched. Upon receiving a cancellation request, we initiate a refund using the original payment method, with the process completed within 10 business days. It’s important to note a pre-dispatch cancellation fee of 2%, while 98% is credited back to the customer’s account. Notably, gold coins, bars, and solitaire orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Make-to-Order:

Mesmerra’s Smart Buy (custom-made), personalized, or customized jewellery undergoes a specialized manufacturing process, exclusively crafted upon individual customer orders. In case of a cancellation within the initial 2 days post-purchase, the entire order value will be reimbursed to the customer’s account, following our refund policy terms. This refund is directed to the same payment source used for the purchase. For cancellations made after 2 days from the purchase date, whether before or after dispatch, the refund process includes deductions for making charges and stone charges associated with the cancelled jewellery. The remaining amount is then refunded to the customer’s account within 10 business days or can be adjusted toward an exchange product.

Failed Transactions:

In the event of a failed transaction where the amount is debited from the customer’s account, the payment gateway guarantees the return of the respective amount within 72 hours. This swift resolution ensures customers experience a seamless and timely refund process for any unsuccessful transactions.
